EXMINT 9.1 - ESMINT's theoretical stroke course

EXMINT is a theoretical course forming the basis for neurointerventional ischaemic stroke training and is aimed at physicians who intend to focus on the neurointerventional treatment of stroke (rather than the full spectrum of neurointerventions.) One cycle of EXMINT comprises two 5-day courses featuring lectures, tutorials and discussions led by leading experts in neurointervention; the x.2 in-person module course also offers two afternoons of hands-on workshops. Knowledge is tested at the end of each course by formal examination. Candidates who successfully complete a full cycle of EXMINT are eligible to sit the examination for the European Diploma in Ischaemic Stroke Intervention (EDSI).
